【穩(wěn)定性 Stability】
最佳的工作范圍是 pH 7-8,DNase 的活性依賴于 Ca2+, 并可被二價(jià)金屬離子如 Mn2+,Zn2+等激活。5mM Ca2+ 可保護(hù)酶使其不被水解,而 0.1mM Ca2+可使酶失活速 率降至原來的 1/2。
